Edlen Ice Base has a liquid consistency, which allows you to create a thin coating. Also, Edlen acid-free base is soft and elastic, so it is perfect for pedicures, as well as as a leveling layer and as a thin layer under camouflage materials. Requires additional mechanical preparation of the nail plate for good bonding with the natural nail.

Composition of Ice base Edlen: Acrylate copolymer, HEMA, trimethylbenzene triphenylphosphine oxide.

Ice base Edlen application technology:

• Perform standard nail preparation, and additionally go over the nail plate with a 180-grit nail file or a 180-grit buff.
• After that, it is recommended to clean the nail plate using Prep&Finish Edlen degreaser.
• Apply Ultrabond Edlen - a special product that promotes a strong bond between the artificial material and the nail plate.
• Apply Edlen Ice base coat to the nail, dry it in a UV lamp - 90 seconds, in a LED/hybrid lamp - 60 seconds.
• Apply the selected Edlen Color and dry in a UV lamp - 90 seconds, in a Led/hybrid lamp - 60 seconds. To polymerize the coating of highly pigmented Edlen gel polishes in one layer, choose powerful and working lamps. Polymerization time in a UV lamp - 90 seconds, in a Led/hybrid lamp with a power of at least 36W - 60 seconds.
• Apply Edlen top coat and cure in a UV lamp for 180 seconds, in a LED/hybrid lamp for 120 seconds for even greater durability of the top coat.

However, additional mechanical preparation is required for a reliable connection with the natural nail.

Edlen Cold Base - Application:

1. Perform standard nail preparation, and additionally treat the nail plate with a file or 180 grit buff.
2. After preparing with the application of Prep&Finish Edlen degreaser, proceed to the next stages of the manicure.
3. Apply a special Ultrabond product to strengthen the artificial material with the natural nail.
4. Apply a thin layer of Rubber base or Silk base to the nail to create a base. Then level the nail with Ice Base Edlen. Cure in UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
5. Apply the selected color gel polish and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
6. Complete the process by applying a top coat or creating a decoration, cure in a lamp for 120 seconds for maximum durability.
7. Once finished, treat the area around the nail with cuticle oil to moisturize.
