TOUCH NEON BASE is a collection of 11 incredibly juicy base colors. Rich shades, look great both with a white/milky base and without it. The neon base easily replaces the neon gel polish coating and thus saves the master's time. The ideal solution in the summer. It has good self-leveling qualities. Camouflages and hides irregularities of the nail plate. The base is quite pigmented, but you can work with it in one layer, leveling with a small drop.

APPLICATION METHOD:
- Standard preparation of the nail plate, namely:
• Sand the surface with a 240-grit file or buff.
• Degreasing the nail plate
• Applying a dehydrator
• Apply primer/ultrabond (acid-free primer) with a semi-dry brush, without touching the skin. It is best to apply it to the end of the nail, without layering.
- Apply a transparent elastic base in a thin or rubbing layer.
- Dry it.
- Perform standard Neon base leveling. The maximum thickness in the apex area should not exceed 1 mm.
- File the end to create thickness and a frame for the shape.
