The toner gently and effectively degreases and cleanses eyebrow hairs, eyelashes and skin without damaging them. Soy and silk proteins and hydrolyzed keratin, which are part of the product, help strengthen the hairs. Sorbitol and urea moisturize and nourish the skin.

The toner is suitable for all skin types.
